Introduction

​Here is what it’s all about:

I am greatly concerned that the citizens of this country do not understand and appreciate science even though it is an intimate part of their daily lives. 
 
I am physicist. I have written a book in which I explain the workings of science in understandable text with no math, only a few equations and with no technical jargon. I aim to publish that book for the general public and, in particular, for both senior high school students and freshman at universities.
